Ingredients (for 8-10 servings)
2 packs of Graham crackers (or Maria biscuits if unavailable)
2 packets of instant vanilla pudding mix (or quick flan powder)
3 cups of cold milk (whole or plant-based, as preferred)
1 liter of whipped cream (or 400 ml whipped cream with sugar)
1 jar of chocolate glaze (or 200 g chocolate with cream)
Preparation with Thermomix
Prepare the vanilla cream
Insert the butterfly whisk into the Thermomix.
Pour the cold milk and instant pudding mix into the mixing bowl.
Mix for 10 seconds / speed 4 until thickened.
Remove the butterfly whisk, add the whipped cream, and mix for 15 seconds / speed 2.5. Set aside.
Assemble the layers
Line a rectangular dish (approx. 20x30 cm) with a layer of biscuits.
Pour half of the vanilla cream over it and smooth it out.
Add another layer of biscuits and spread the remaining cream on top.
Finish with a final layer of biscuits.
Prepare the chocolate glaze
If using store-bought glaze, slightly warm it.
For homemade glaze:
Place the chopped chocolate in the mixing bowl and chop for 10 seconds / speed 8.
Add 100 ml of cream and heat for 3 minutes / 50°C / speed 2 until smooth.
Pour the chocolate over the final layer of biscuits and smooth with a spatula.
Refrigerate and serve
Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight).
Cut into portions and serve well chilled.
