Ingredients for Gin Tonic Jelly with Thermomix
- 252 ml tonic water
- 152 ml gin
- 6 gelatin sheets
- 27 g sugar
- Juice and zest of half a lemon
Preparation of Gin Tonic Jelly with Thermomix
Once you have gathered all the ingredients, follow these steps:
- Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water as instructed on the package.
- Add the tonic water, gin, sugar, and lemon juice to the Thermomix bowl. Set it to speed 2 / 100ºC / 5 minutes.
- Next, drain the gelatin sheets and add them to the bowl. Set it to speed 3 / 20 seconds.
- Pour the contents of the bowl into small silicone molds and place them in the refrigerator. They should stay there for at least four hours.
- After this time, remove the jelly from the molds and serve, garnished with some lemon zest and sugar on top.
