Ingredients
- 235 ml of heavy cream
- 80 ml of Nutella (approximately 1/3 cup)
- 10 grams of sugar
- Homemade whipped cream for decoration
- Chocolate shavings (optional)
Instructions
Prepare the heavy cream
- Place the butterfly whisk in the Thermomix blades.
- Pour the heavy cream and sugar into the mixing bowl. Set to speed 3.5 without temperature and watch until the cream starts to thicken and soft peaks form. This will take approximately 2-3 minutes; be careful not to overmix to prevent it from turning into butter.
Incorporate the Nutella
- Add the Nutella to the bowl with the whipped cream.
- Use the mixing function at speed 2, for 10-15 seconds or until the Nutella is fully integrated with the cream, without losing too much volume.
Serve the mousse
- Pour the mousse into glasses or use a pastry bag with a fluted tip for a more decorative presentation.
- Chill the glasses in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours before serving to allow the mousse to set.
Decorate and serve
- Right before serving, top the mousse with homemade whipped cream and, if desired, sprinkle chocolate shavings on top.
