It’s an exquisite and surprising version of this dessert, which originated in Italy.
Ingredients for Mint and Coconut Tiramisu with Thermomix
- 105 g coconut milk
- 205 g cold cream
- Grated coconut
- 55 g chopped dark chocolate
- 105 g ladyfinger biscuits, cut in half
- 12 washed mint leaves
- 255 g mascarpone
- 44 g sugar
- 32 g mint syrup
- 2 eggs
Preparation of Mint and Coconut Tiramisu with Thermomix
Once you have all these ingredients, follow the steps below:
- Place the butterfly whisk in the Thermomix bowl, then add the cream. Set to speed 3 until it is whipped.
- Remove the butterfly whisk and refrigerate the whipped cream.
- Wash and dry the bowl, then add the mint and chocolate. Set to speed 8 for 5 seconds. Set aside.
- Reattach the butterfly whisk, add the eggs and about 40 g of sugar. Set to speed 4 for 6 minutes.
- Then, set to speed 3 for 3 minutes. During this step, add the mascarpone and whipped cream.
- Add the mint and chocolate and blend at speed 3 for 30 seconds.
- Remove the butterfly whisk.
- In a separate bowl, mix the mint syrup and coconut milk. Dip the ladyfingers into this mixture and place them in the bottom of a dish to form the first layer.
- Add a layer of the mixture from the Thermomix and sprinkle with grated coconut, then repeat the process with the ladyfingers, the mixture, and the coconut.
- Once you have completed the tiramisu, cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate it until ready to serve.
