Ingredients
- 160 g of sugar
- The peel of 2 lemons, without any white part
- Juice of 2 lemons, seedless
- 60 g of butter
- 2 eggs
Steps to follow
- Place the sugar in the bowl and grind it into powdered sugar by blending for 20 seconds at progressive speed 5-10.
- Add the lemon peels (without any white part) and blend for 15 seconds at speed 9.
- Incorporate the butter at room temperature and the juice of the two lemons, then mix for 1 minute at speed 2.
- Add the eggs and mix for 10 seconds at speed 4.
- Cook the mixture for 7 minutes at 80ºC, speed 2. Transfer it to a clean jar and store it in the fridge.
