✔ 400 g sweetened condensed milk
✔ 240 g shredded coconut
✔ 300 g dark chocolate (or milk chocolate, if you prefer)

Step-by-Step Preparation:

1. Coconut mixture:

  • Add the condensed milk and shredded coconut to the Thermomix bowl.

  • Mix for 20 sec / Speed 3 (use the spatula if needed).

  • Then, heat for 5 min / 70°C / Speed 3 to blend well.

2. Shaping the bars:

  • Spread the mixture into a square mold (20x20 cm) lined with parchment paper.

  • Refrigerate for 30 min to firm up.

  • Cut into rectangles and shape them slightly with your fingers.

  • Freeze for 15 min to prevent them from breaking when coating.

3. Melted chocolate:

  • Clean the bowl and chop the chocolate for 5 sec / Speed 10.

  • Melt for 5 min / 50°C / Speed 1.

4. Coating with chocolate:

  • Pierce each bar with a fork and dip it into the melted chocolate.

  • Place them on parchment paper and refrigerate for 1 hour until they harden.
