Egg liqueur cream with Thermomix


Ingredients

  • 100 g dark chocolate cookies
  • 200 g cold whipped cream
  • 200 ml cold milk
  • 100 ml eggnog
  • 1 pkg Dr. Oetker Vanilla Flavored Paradiescreme
  • To drizzle over the chocolate cookies: 8 - 12 tsp eggnog (approx. 50 ml)
  • For decoration: 1 - 2 dark chocolate cookies

Preparation

  1. Prepare cookies

    • Add the cookies to the mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 5. Then transfer the cookie crumbs and set aside.
  2. Whip the cream

    • Insert the butterfly whisk and add the cold whipped cream to the mixing bowl. Beat on speed 3 without setting a time until the cream is stiff. Transfer the whipped cream and also set aside.
  3. Prepare eggnog cream

    • Add milk, eggnog, and the Paradiescreme powder to the mixing bowl. Mix 30 sec/speed 4, then beat 3 min/speed 4 until the mixture is creamy. Gently fold in half of the whipped cream.
  4. Layer the dessert

    • Divide half of the eggnog cream into dessert glasses. Sprinkle cookie crumbs on top and drizzle each with 1 tsp of eggnog. Then distribute the remaining eggnog cream on top.
  5. Decorate and serve

    • Garnish the cream with the remaining whipped cream and quartered cookies. Finally, drizzle the remaining cookie crumbs and some eggnog on top.
