Ingredients:
- 125 ml vinegar (you can mix white vinegar and fruit vinegar for a varied flavor)
- 125 ml water
- 70 g sugar
- 15 g salt
- 10 g instant vegetable broth (you can also use homemade broth)
- 100 g sour cream
- 150 g natural yogurt
- 30 g mustard (try different types of mustard for variation)
- 125 ml rapeseed oil (or any neutral oil)
Preparation with Thermomix:
1. Cook the base of the dressing:
- Place the vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and vegetable broth in the Thermomix bowl.
- Set for 5 minutes / 100°C / speed 2. This ensures the ingredients mix and heat properly.
2. Slightly cool the mixture:
- After the time is up, let the mixture cool for about 2-3 minutes.
3. Add the remaining ingredients:
- Add the sour cream, natural yogurt, mustard, and rapeseed oil to the Thermomix bowl.
- Mix everything for 30 seconds / speed 4.
4. Check the texture:
- If you want a finer texture, blend for a few more seconds at speed 5.
5. Store and preserve:
- Pour the dressing into a bottle or glass jar with a lid.
- Keep it in the refrigerator; it can last for up to 3 weeks.

- Vinegar: Experiment with different types (white, apple cider, balsamic, etc.), or mix them for unique flavors.
- Mustard: Try Dijon mustard, sweet mustard, or mustard with herbs for variation.
