Chocolate mousse with milk and cinnamon in a minute with thermomix


Ingredients:

  • 100 g of milk chocolate
  • 400 ml (40 cl) of whole liquid cream
  • 2 g of cinnamon powder

Preparation:

  1. Melt the chocolate:

    • Place the milk chocolate pieces in the Thermomix bowl.
    • Grind for 5 seconds at speed 7 to chop the chocolate.
    • Then, set 4 minutes, 50°C, speed 2 to melt it completely.
  2. Heat the cream with cinnamon:

    • Add the whole liquid cream and cinnamon powder to the bowl.
    • Set 5 minutes, 90°C, speed 2 to bring the mixture to a boil.
  3. Mix gently:

    • Once the cream is hot, pour it over the melted chocolate in the bowl.
    • Mix at speed 3 for 30 seconds, without incorporating too much air.
  4. Use the siphon:

    • Pour the mixture into a siphon, seal it well, and let it cool in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
    • Insert the gas cartridge, vigorously shake the siphon, and store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
  5. Serve:

    • Serve the mousse directly from the siphon at the right moment to preserve its full volume.
